LONDON (Alliance News) - Renewable energy, forestry management and timber processing business Active Energy Group PLC on Monday said Chief Executive Richard Spinks bought shares in the firm on Friday.
Spinks bought 147,000 shares at 3.19 pence per share, taking his total holding to 10.4 million shares or a 1.6% stake in the business.
Shares in Active Energy were down 12% to 2.80 pence on Monday.
