LONDON (Alliance News) - Acta S.p.A Wednesday said a group of senior executives acquired at total of 471,428 shares Friday, all at 7 pence apiece.
Chief Executive Officer Paulo Bert acquired 142,857 shares, increasing his holding to 17.5 million shares, which equates to 10.24% of the company's issued share capital.
Chief Financial Officer Paul Barritt also acquired 142,857 shares. He now has a total holding of 177,857 shares or 0.10% of the total.
Chairman Robert Drummond acquired 42,856 shares, increasing his holding to 227,056 shares.
Non-executive directors Aldo Filippini and Rodney Westhead each acquired 71,429 shares. As a result, Filippini now holds a total of 71,429 shares, and Westhead's total holding stands at 171,429 shares.
Shares in the Italian-based renewable energy research and development company were up 7.8% at 8.22 pence Wednesday afternoon.
