LONDON (Alliance News) - Abcam PLC Thursday said Chief Operating Officer Jim Warwick exercised options over 60,000 shares at no cost under the company share plan Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Warwick holds 3 million shares, which represents 1.50% of the share capital.
The company also said Chief Financial Officer Jeff Iliffe exercised options over 10,000 shares at no cost and exercised 40,000 share options with an exercise price of 62.4 pence per share. He now holds 326,000 shares.
Shares in life science research company were up 0.8% at 403.00p Thursday.
