LONDON (Alliance News) - AA PLC said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Steve Barber bought shares worth GBP52,425 in the company.
Barber acquired 50,000 shares at 104.85 pence each. His total stake in the company following the deal has not been disclosed.
AA shares closed up 2.6% at 104.80p.
