LONDON (Alliance News) - The 600 Group PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Nigel Rogers bought 624,728 shares at a price of 16.75 pence per share through his self-invested pension plan and 107,500 shares through his ISA.
The company also said Rogers' wife sold 839,728 shares at the same price and bought 107,500 shares through her ISA.
Following the transactions, Rogers holds an interest in 1.2 million shares, which represents 1.43% of the total voting rights.
Shares in the tools maker were untraded at 16.75 pence Tuesday.
