LONDON (Alliance News) - 3i Group PLC Monday said Ben Loomes, the group's strategy director, exercised 58,333 nil cost options, and sold 27,511 of the resulting shares on March 7 at 418.2 pence each for tax and national insurance purposes.
3i shares were trading 1% higher before midday Monday at 420.80 pence per share.
