LONDON (Alliance News) - 3i Group PLC Friday said Finance Director Julia Wilson, Jeremy Ghose, a divisional chief executive and a group of managing partners were awarded matching shares under the company share plan and bought partnership shares at a price of 377.2 pence per share.
