LONDON (Alliance News) - Tritax Eurobox PLC said Non-Executive Director Keith Mansfield has purchased 165,000 shares at a price of 105.95 pence per share on Saturday.
Following this GBP174,818 transaction, shares in Tritax Eurobox closed flat at EUR1.17 on Monday.
The holding of Keith Mansfield after the transaction was not disclosed.
