DIRECTOR DEALING SUMMARY: Carnival Boss Buys USD1 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Wednesday.----------Carnival President & Chief Executive Arnold Donald bought USD1.0 million worth of shares via several transactions last Wednesday.The UK-US dual-listed cruise operator said Donald bought 8,645 ordinary shares at an average price of USD46.30 per share, equating to abound USD400,000. Additionally, the Arnold W Donald Revocable Trust bought 12,950 shares at USD46.51 per share, equating to about USD600,00.London-listed shares in Carnival closed 2.1% higher at 3,841.00 pence each.----------Amerisur Resources Independent Non-Executive Director Stephen Foss bought GBP35,000 worth of shares in the oil and gas company. The South America focused company said Foss acquired 200,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 17.5p per share. Following the transaction, Foss holds 800,000 shares, which represents a total of 0.07% of the company's issued share capital. Shares in Amerisur closed 15% higher at 17.70p each.----------Prime People Executive Chairman Robert Macdonald purchased GBP10,360 worth of shares. Macdonald bought 14,000 for 74p each. Following this transaction, Macdonald holds 2.8 million shares, reflecting a 23% stake in the company. Shares in the recruiter closed down 4.6% at 72.55p.----------
