(Alliance News) - Checkit PLC, a work management and compliance software company, said Friday that Executive Chair Keith Daley bought GBP900,000 in shares.
Daley purchased 2.5 million shares on Thursday at 36.0 pence each. The stock was up 9.0% on Friday in London at 39.80p.
Daley had bought GBP640,000 in shares last week and GBP225,000 worth in December.
Checkit said the concert party, consisting of Daley and Non-Executive Director John Wilson, now has control over 13.0 million shares, a 21% stake. The company also noted that John Kinder no longer has any holding.
Elektron Technology became Checkit back in July after it sold Elektron Technology UK, which trades as Bulgin, for GBP105 million in cash.
