LONDON (Alliance News) - Caledonia Investments PLC said that a number of investors, closely associated with Chief Executive William Wyatt, bought shares on Tuesday.
Dunchurch Lodge Stud Co, a private company controlled by Wyatt and his connected persons, bought 2,930 shares at 2,940 pence each for GBP86,142.
In addition, family trusts - of which Wyatt is a trustee - bought 7,000 shares at the same price for GBP205,800.
All shares were purchased from a close relative of Wyatt's and were conducted off-market in London.
Following this, Wyatt's beneficial interest in Caledonia Investments is 2.1%, including the Duchurch Lodge shares.
Shares in Caledonia Investments were down 0.2% at 2,933.20p on Wednesday.
