(Alliance News) - Direct Line Insurance Group PLC on Wednesday announced the departure of Personal Lines Managing Director Mike Holliday-Williams.
Holliday-Williams became MD at the unit in July 2014, and also joined Direct Line's board as an executive director in February 2017. He will leave the insurer on June 30.
Direct Line's Chair Mike Biggs said: "Mike has made an outstanding contribution to Direct Line over the last five years. He embodies Direct Line's values, always prioritising the interests of customers.
"On behalf of the Direct Line board, I would like to thank him for everything he has achieved over that time and particularly for his exemplary conduct during and after the process to select a new chief executive. We wish him every success in his future career."
Direct Line shares were 0.8% down on Wednesday afternoon at a price of 322.60 pence each.
