LONDON (Alliance News) - Direct Line Insurance Group PLC said on Thursday it has appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer Neil Manser as interim CFO.
He will be replacing Penny James, who was promoted to chief executive officer after being chief financial officer for a year since March 2018.
Manser has been in his role for ten months since August 2018, and prior to that was managing director at NIG Commercial for two years from 2016 to 2018.
Manser will remain in this role until a permanent successor to James is appointed.
Shares in Direct Line Insurance closed 0.1% higher at 312.3 pence on Thursday.
