LONDON (Alliance News) - Dillistone Group PLC on Monday said its GatedTalent service has achieved a number of significant milestones.
The supplier of software said its platform, which allows executive recruiters to engage with senior level executives, has seen its first revenue derived directly from executive members.
Previously, all revenue through the platform has come from recruiters, Dillistone explained.
Although its core services remained free for executives, the ability to generate revenue from enhanced membership services will enable faster revenue growth, it said.
About 7,000 new members joined GatedTalent in October, representing an increase of 30% on September sign-ups. September - which had previously been the best month for the service - was itself a 30% increase on August.
"It is clear that the value of our platform to executive recruiter clients is growing, which should lead to an acceleration of the adoption of the GatedTalent product," said Dillistone Chief Executive Jason Starr.
"Our ability to monetise our executive membership directly should help accelerate growth in revenues within the GatedTalent platform and this should impact on its path to profitability," added Starr.
Dillistone as a whole recorded a GBP234,000 pretax loss in the first half of 2018 on revenue of GBP4.5 million.
Dillistone shares were trading 8.3% higher on Monday at 52.00 pence each.
