Dillistone Group Says 2013 Trading To Be In Line With Expectations

7th Feb 2014 07:58

LONDON (Alliance News) - AIM-quoted software supplier Dillistone Group PLC Friday said it expects its trading performance for 2013 to be in line with market expectations.

The company, which supplies software for the international recruitment industry through its Dillistone Systems and Voyager Software divisions, said the financial year to the end of December 2013 was a successful on both an operational and financial perspective. It said its Dillistone Systems division, which targets the executive search industry, is expected to deliver its highest ever revenue.

"The positive trends seen in the first half of 2013 were cemented by some notable successes in the second half though trading was somewhat variable across territories," said Chairman Mike Love in the company's trading update.

Love said the group remains cash generative, and with the support of the acquisition of the FCP Internet business, is well positioned for 2014.

Dillistone said it expects to release its full-year results in the week beginning April 28.
