LONDON (Alliance News) - Recruitment software supplier Dillistone Group PLC said Wednesday that it expects its full year results for 2014, excluding acquisition related items, will be at a similar level to 2013, and said it enters 2015 with a stronger pipeline.
Dilistone said that order intake in its Systems Division rose more than 20% in the fourth quarter of 2014. It said it had won more new business contracts in December than it had in any month of the last two years.
As a result of this strong end to the year, the division enters 2015 with an implementation pipeline up more than 20% compared to the previous year.
The company also reported strong orders for its Voyager Software division in the fourth quarter. It said that its 2013 acquisition FCP Internet is expected to report its "highest ever" revenue for the full year as its user base increases, and ISV Software Ltd, which it acquired last October, will make a small contribution as expected.
"We had a really positive end to 2014 and are confident that the group now has a highly competitive range of products across the key markets it serves. The group remains profitable and cash generative and we continue to follow a progressive dividend policy, subject to the needs of the business," said Chairman Mike Love in a statement.
Dillistone reported a pretax profit before acquisition-related items of GBP1.8 million in 2013 and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of GBP2.2 million. Revenue rose 15% to GBP8.1 million.
Shares in Dillistone are trading up 16% at 104.97 pence Wednesday morning.
