LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital Globe Services Ltd Thursday said its recently acquired DGS Edu business has now been integrated across its business and had already launched a "significant" number of new US client partnerships, as it had hoped.
The company acquired the business, which provides clients in the educations sector with online tools to help them find potential students, in November, 2013.
"The pace of launch of these new client partnerships is a significant endorsement of DGS's offering to the education market, and reflects our strategy of targeting clients in growing segments, such as the not-for-profit education sector, where we see further opportunities," said Chief Executive Jeff Cox in a statement.
Shares in Digital Globe were trading up 4.0% at 206.00 pence Thursday morning.
