Digital Globe Expects Stability As Comcast, TimeWarner Deal Collapses

27th Apr 2015 07:02

LONDON (Alliance News) - Digital Globe Services Ltd Monday said it expects to see its core US telecoms market stabilise following the collapse of the potential merger between Comcast Corp and Time Warner Cable Inc, as well as Comcast's deal with smaller rival Charter Communications Inc.

Digital Globe Services, which provides advertising services, said that the three companies make up its largest customers.

The ongoing merger talks had created a "stasis", Digital Globe Services said, which had hit its results in the second half of 2014. However, it now expects this market to stabilise and said it "continues to be well placed to procure and convert high value, long-term subscribers on behalf of its cable partners."
