Deutsche Bank Takes Capita Holding Above Notifiable Threshold (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Capita PLC said Wednesday Deutsche Bank AG pushed its stake in the company above the notifiable threshold on Thursday last week.

Deutsche Bank now has a 5.0% stake in outsourcing a professional services firm Capita.

Shares in Capita closed down 1.4% Wednesday at 131.55 pence each.
