LONDON (Alliance News) - Mobile security software firm Defenx PLC on Tuesday said 2016 results will meet its expectations, with revenue to grow around 63% year-on-year.
The firm said revenue will be around EUR7.3 million for 2016, up from EUR4.5 million in 2015. Revenue was given a boost in 2016 by the acquisition of Memopal, the Italian cloud platform provider it bought in August.
Stripping out the Memopal contribution, Defenx's organic revenue grew around 57%.
Defenx said it is on track to release new products and broaden its management team in line with the expansion of the business in 2017.
Shares in Defenx were up 3.0% to 91.15 pence on Tuesday.
