LONDON (Alliance News) - Defenx PLC, a mobile security and software company, said on Tuesday it has won two contracts to provide cloud backup services from Italy-based firms.
The first order is from is Dylog Italia SpA and its subsidiary Gruppo Buffetti Spa, a digital products distributor. The second is from Mandarin SpA, a telecommunications provider in Sicily.
No financial details on the contracts were disclosed.
The agreements with the two companies, who have combined revenues of over EUR120 million, follows the distribution contract announced in April with UK company Brigantia Partners Ltd.
"These agreements are further evidence of our superior product offering and ability to deliver on strategy," Said Andrea Stecconi, chief executive of Defenx.
Shares in Defenx were down 1.9% Tuesday mid-morning at 127.10 pence.
