LONDON (Alliance News) - DeepMatter Group PLC on Thursday said it raised GBP25,000 by the issue of 1.0 million new shares.
Admission of the new shares is expected to take place on March 13.
At the end of February, the company said it raised GBP4 million via the placing of 159.2 million shares at 2.5 pence each.
DeepMatter shares were trading up 0.1% at 3.70 pence each.
