(Alliance News) - Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC late Wednesday said it made a private placement of EUR50 million seven-year and USD100 million ten-year senior unsecured notes.
Dechra said the issue was priced on November 19 with a coupon of 2.8%, and the agreement was signed on Wednesday. The notes will be issued on January 22.
The proceeds will be used to repay Dechra's existing term loan facility, the company added.
Dechra said it will provide a trading update for the period from July 1 to December 31 on January 16.
Shares in the FTSE 250 veterinary pharmaceuticals firm closed up 2.0% at 2,876.00 pence on Wednesday in London.
