(Alliance News) - Bank note printer and authentication services firm De La Rue PLC on Monday said it has now sold its International Identity Solutions business.
The GBP42 million cash sale to ASSA ABLOY Group company HID Corp Ltd was announced June 12 and is complete.
Shares in De La Rue closed up 2.5% at 226.00 pence in London on Monday.
A week ago, De La Rue announced the appointment of Clive Vacher as its new chief executive. He replaces Martin Sutherland, who became chief in 2014.
Vacher was CEO of Dynex Power Inc for two years before it was bought by Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co Ltd in March.
