(Alliance News) - De La Rue PLC and its Chief Financial Officer Helen Willis have agreed that she will step down from her finance role and as a board member with immediate effect, the bank note printer said Friday.
Willis has been in her role for two years since July 2018, after starting out on an interim basis in April 2018.
Prior to that, she was part of electronic products distributor Premier Farnell PLC where she held the positions of chief financial officer and director of financial operations between 2014 to 2017, until its acquisition by US parts distributor Avnet in 2017.
De La Rue has started a process to find a successor, and said that it was "grateful" for Willis's commitment to the company.
Shares in De La Rue - which is based in Basingstoke - were down 3.0% at 141.80 pence each on Friday in London.
