LONDON (Alliance News) - DDD Group PLC said Tuesday it has licensed its TriDef 3D mobile content technology to Hong-Kong based technology company CVision Technology Co Ltd.
CVision will use the technology for its new glasses-free 3D tablet and smart phone display products. CVision also will supply DDD's new Yabazam 3D Android application, which provides 3D programming through DDD's content portal.
"The combination of TriDef 3D Mobile and Yabazam creates a very comprehensive content solution to deliver the optimal 3D experience to smart phone and tablet users," said DDD Chief Executive Chris Yewdall in a statement.
No financial details were disclosed.
Shares in DDD were trading down 2% at 3.92 pence Tuesday morning.
