LONDON (Alliance News) - DDD Group PLC said Thursday that it has launched its Yabazam 3D movie application on Panasonic Viera Connect 3D Smart televisions.
The application allows owners of the Smart TV's to access a range of 3D programming. It will become available to Panasonic customers in 17 countries during March, including the US, UK, Japan, Korea, Germany and Russia.
The 3D content is on a subscription basis in the US, and titles are available for on-demand rental in other countries.
Yabazam is already available on Samsung and LG Smart TVs, and Android 3D tablets via the Google Play Store.
Shares in DDD were trading up 4.7% at 4.71 pence Thursday morning.
