LONDON (Alliance News) - Imaging and 3D technology company DDD Group PLC on Thursday said it has launched the TriDef SmartCam video conferencing software.
The software enhances the capabilities of an existing PC webcam, the company said.
"TriDef SmartCam represents the first in a new line of 2D software solutions that DDD has been developing, which are targeted at significant installed user bases of popular software applications that are widely used by business users and consumers alike. We expect that the software will yield a considerable return on the investment that we have made in its development," said Chief Executive Chris Yewdall.
Shares in DDD were up 5.0% to 2.1 pence on Thursday.
