(Alliance News) - DCD Media PLC on Thursday said Andrew Lindley has stepped down from his role as executive director effective immediately but did not give a reason for his resignation.
The production company said it has already identified a suitable and qualified successor, adding that it will give further details soon.
Lindley joined the board of DCD Media in 2012.
The stock closed untraded on Thursday in London, last quoted at 225.00 pence each.
