LONDON (Alliance News) - Support services company DCC PLC Monday said it has appointed John Moloney as chairman designate, to succeed Michael Buckley who intends to retire from the company's board in September.
Buckley has been chairman since May 2008, and a non-executive director since September 2005.
Moloney, age 59, joined DCC's Board in February 2009. He retired as managing director of Glanbia PLC at the end of 2013, after 12 years in that role. He is Chairman of Coillte Teo, the Irish state forestry company, and is also a non-executive director of Greencore Group PLC, Smurfit Kappa PLC and a number of private companies.
DCC shares were down 2% at 3,420 pence Monday morning.
