LONDON (Alliance News) - Polemos PLC said Wednesday that Executive Director David Lenigas has stepped down from his role as director of the company with immediate effect.
Lenigas has served in the position since April 2013. He steps down in order to focus on his other public company duties, said Polemos.
Current Finance Director, Donald Strang, will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
Lenigas serves as chairman of a number of resources companies, including Rare Earth Minerals PLC, AfriAg PLC and UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC.
Shares in Polemos dropped at the market open Wednesday, trading 19.35% lower at 0.125 pence per share.
