(Alliance News) - Jet2-owner Dart Group PLC said Monday it has sold its distribution and logistics business Fowler Welch to Culina Group Ltd, which provides logistics services for food firms in the UK and Ireland, for GBP98 million.
Fowler Welch owns 50% stake in a Kent-based fruit ripening and packaging business Integrated Service Solutions.
Dart said the sale will allow the group to focus on its long-term strategy of growing its leisure and travel business.
Shares in Dart Group were up 0.3% at 884.50 pence on Monday in London.
