LONDON (Alliance News) - Dart Group PLC on Wednesday said it expects annual profit to be "slightly ahead of current market expectations", due to the success of its Leisure Travel business.
Furthermore, the leisure travel, distribution, and logistics group said its financial 2020 outlook currently reflects "some consumer uncertainty" due to Brexit meaning pricing for the company's Flight-Only and Package Holiday products is more competitive.
"With a considerable way to go in the leisure travel booking cycle, the board remains optimistic of meeting current market expectations of group profit before foreign exchange revaluation & taxation for the year ending March 31 2020," Dart added.
Dart will publish its annual results on July 11. Shares in the company were trading up 0.3% at 882.00 pence each Wednesday.
