(Alliance News) - Darktrace PLC said on Thursday it has signed a contract with a new customer for its Enterprise Immune System cybersecurity offering.
The Cambridge, England-based artificial intelligence cybersecurity company has signed a new "million-dollar deal" with a "multinational electronics corporation". It provided no other financial details.
Darktrace will provide protection from "sophisticated and fast-moving cyber attacks" and cyber visibility across the customer's whole business.
The unnamed company has 250,000 employees across over 70 countries. It will deploy the Darktrace Enterprise Immune System.
Darktrace shares were trading 3.9% higher in London on Thursday morning at 413.40 pence each. It is up 65% from its IPO price of 250p in April.
