LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment bank Daniel Stewart Securities PLC on Thursday said its shares have been suspended after it failed to publish its annual results in time.
The company's shares were suspended Thursday morning pending publication of its results for the year to the end of March. The company said it will be able to publish the results after it concludes talks on a fundraising, which it expects to announced "shortly".
The company's shares were suspended earlier this year after its nominated adviser resigned, then restored when a new one was appointed. The group earlier this year was forced to raise GBP1.5 million to plug a regulatory shortfall in its books.
