LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish hotel operator Dalata Hotel Group PLC on Tuesday said it has entered into a deal to buy the Clarion Hotel Sligo in Ireland for EUR13.1 million.
The Clarion is a four-star hotel located in Sligo town, offering 162 bedrooms, a restaurant, meeting and conference space, a leisure centre and a swimming pool.
The acquisition is subject to competition authority approval and Dalata plans to invest EUR750,000 in refurbishing the site and will rebrand it as the Clayton Hotel.
