LONDON (Alliance News) - Daily Internet PLC Monday said that its Netplan Internet Solutions subsidiary has agreed to contracts worth GBP440,000 with builders' merchant M P Moran & Sons Ltd.
In a statement, Daily Internet said the contracts are the first of several projects being worked on as part of Netplan's partnership with Q4Ex, which was embarked upon before the acquisition of the software-as-a-service provider in December last year.
The group said it hopes to announce further contract wins within the same space as its pipeline expands and its sales cycle "accelerates".
"Strategically, we hope to widen the scope to encompass additional vertical markets, as we firmly believe that our distinct proposition of a fully managed solution combining technical and industry expertise provides a differentiator that adds real and measureable value," Daily Internet Chief Executive Chris Evans said in a statement.
"Hosted solutions are becoming more complex and we believe enterprises will increasingly require a trusted provider that understands their business and is willing to work in partnership with them as their IT journey evolves to embrace changing technology. We are hearing that message loud and clear from both prospective and existing customers," Evans said.
Daily Internet shares were up 22% at 1.67 pence on Monday.
