(Alliance News) - D4T4 Solutions PLC's latest contract wins on Wednesday were called "interesting" by broker finnCap.
D4T4 said it has won two contracts for its Celebrus customer data platform and fraud data platform products, totalling GBP1 million with annual recurring revenue of GBP300,000 per year.
The first is for the sale of Celebrus CDP to an unnamed US-based health and financial services group. The second is the upsell of an existing multi-year deal for the company's Celebrus FDP biometrics functionality.
finnCap made no changes to its forecasts for D4T4, but called the wins "interesting".
The broker highlighted the company's further expansion into the "huge and lucrative" US healthcare vertical, the success of its scaled-up sales team and the ease of sale and adoption of Celebrus Cloud deployment.
"These are key facets of D4t4's plan to expand its operations and steadily build its ARR," finnCap said.
While planned investment in sales and marketing will impede margins in the short-term, finnCap said this is "clearly" bearing fruit in sales.
D4T4 reports annual results next Wednesday. finnCap expects to see revenue of GBP24.3 million, up from GBP22.8 million the year before, but adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of GBP3.6 million, down from GBP4.8 million.
The stock closed flat at 242.50 pence in London on Wednesday, and is down 39% over the past 12months.
