(Alliance News) - D4T4 Solutions PLC on Friday said Chief Data Officer Matthew Tod will step down at the end of September to pursue other business opportunities.
The data solutions provider said it has made a number of senior hires in both the US and Europe, the Middle East & Africa to create "a balanced, flexible and highly talented" team across three continents.
"Consequently, with a well-balanced senior executive team, it is not our intention at this time to make any further additions to the main board," said Chief Executive Peter Kear.
"The board wishes to acknowledge Matthew's contribution to the business during his tenure with the group as it transitioned to a data-platform company - he leaves a solid team who can continue to drive the execution strategy for our business," said Non-Executive Chair Peter Simmonds.
D4T4 shares were trading 2.1% higher on Friday in London at 240.00 pence each.
