(Alliance News) - D4t4 Solutions PLC on Monday said it has appointed the current chief financial officer of Ergonomics Solutions Group as its own CFO, effective from the start of October.
Charles Irvine will join as CFO in October but is not expected to be appointed to the board until he has completed his probationary period with the data solutions firm. D4T4 did not specify the length of Irvine's probation.
Irvine is currently CFO at technology mounting solutions firm Ergonomics Solutions, which has a GBP30 million turnover. Previously, he was UK head of finance at Bausch & Lomb and with Alliance Healthcare.
Shares in D4T4 were up 2.5% at 229.00 pence on Monday afternoon.
