LONDON (Alliance News) - Veterinary services provider CVS Group PLC said Friday that Richard Fairman has been appointed as finance director with effect from August 1, replacing Nick Perrin.
Fairman previously spent six and a half years at motoring organisation the RAC Group, including as CFO since 2016. He also held roles including finance director of Virgin Money Holdings PLC, CFO of Central Trust and finance director of Virgin Money Giving.
"I would also like to thank to Nick Perrin for his invaluable contribution to the company over the past five and a half years. Nick will be stepping down from the board on October 31, following a handover period and completion of the FY2018 audit," Chief Executive Simon Innes said.
CVS is scheduled to release a business trading update for the year ended June 30 during the week commencing July 30.
Shares in the company were trading 0.6% higher at 1,156.00 pence each on Friday morning.
