CVS Appoints Investment Veteran Richard Gray As Non-Executive Director

(Alliance News) - CVS Group PLC on Thursday announced the appointment of Richard Gray as non-executive director, effective immediately.

Gray is a director of Zeus Capital Ltd, a non-executive board director of BMO Private Equity Trust PLC, a non-executive director of Alpha Real Capital LLP and vice chair of Invescore Group.

He is a career investment banker who has extensive capital markets and corporate finance experience, the company said.

CVS Non-Executive Chair Richard Connel said: "On behalf of the board, I am delighted to welcome Richard to CVS as a non-executive director. His breadth of experience across corporate finance, capital markets and growth companies will prove invaluable to us at this important time."

Shares in the veterinary services provider were down 0.6% at 1,034.00 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
