LONDON (Alliance News) - CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Ltd said Monday it raised capital via the issue of euro and sterling shares out of treasury.
The euro share sale raised EUR166,110 through the sale of 150,000 shares at a price of EUR1.1074 per share, while the sterling share sale raised gross proceeds of GBP783,469 through the sale of 686,832 shares at a price of GBP1.1407 per share.
The share price for both sales represents a premium to net asset value for each class of the company's shares as at August 17, the company said.
CVC euro shares were up 0.8% at EUR1.12 while sterling shares were up 0.9% at 115.00 pence.
