LONDON (Alliance News) - CVC Capital Partners and Investcorp Technology Partners have completed the sale of their 7.3% stake in Paysafe Group PLC, raising GBP121.5 million in the process.
The investors sold their 35.1 million shares in the payments group at 346.0 pence each, according to a statement issued on Friday by Barclays Bank PLC, which handled the share disposal along with Canaccord Genuity Ltd.
Shares in Paysafe, which was previously known as Optimal Payments, were down 5.7% at 349.74p on Friday morning.
