LONDON (Alliance News) - Curzon Energy PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Brian Kinane resigned.
The oil & gas company said it is now entering a new phase of its development and will seek to add additional board members as appropriate to further strengthen the overall skills and experience available and to bolster the governance of the business.
"I would like to thank Brian for his efforts in driving both the successful initial public offering of the business in 2017 and his continued support in our efforts to further develop and broaden our exposure to the US natural gas story," said Chair John McGoldrick.
"We thank Brian for the very meaningful contributions he has made to Curzon since its inception and we wish him all the best in his future endeavours," added McGoldrick.
Curzon shares closed 2.9% higher on Friday at 1.80 pence each.
