LONDON (Alliance News) - Curtis Banks Group PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Suffolk Life Group Ltd Chief Executive William Self as an executive director.
Curtis Banks in January agreed to acquire Suffolk Life Group for GBP45.0 million from Legal & General Group PLC, with the deal completing in May.
Self joined Suffolk Life in 2003 and became a director of the company in 2010, initially serving as operations director. In 2015 Self led the strategic review which resulted in the sale of Suffolk Life to Curtis Banks.
"We are very pleased to welcome Self to the board of Curtis Banks. He is an expert in the self-invested personal pensions industry and has an outstanding knowledge of the operations of Suffolk Life," said Chairman Chris Banks.
Shares in Curtis Banks were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 330.00 pence.
