LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in data centre operator CSF Group PLC slumped on Tuesday after the company said it plans to leave to London Stock Exchange.

CSF will send a circular to shareholders, and an extraordinary general meeting will be held in London on September 24 to vote on the decision. The company needs 75% of shareholders to approve for cancellation to go through.
In July, CSF had said it swung to a loss for the 12 months to March of GBP356,996 from a profit of GBP1.3 million a year prior. During its last financial year, it sold two of its three operating assets.
