LONDON (Alliance News) - Crown Place VCT PLC said Thursday Pam Garside has been appointed to the trust's board as Karen Brade announced she will resign.
Garside will take up her role on March 1. She has been an advisor to the UK government and the NHS. Crown Place said it "welcomes" Garside's appointed as the trust considers "increasing numbers" of healthcare investments.
Brade, who has been on the Crown Place board since 2010, will resign in September.
Shares in Crown Place were untraded Thursday but last closed at 31.40 pence each.
