(Alliance News) - Crossword Cybersecurity PLC said Tuesday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with aerospace defence and security firm Leonardo MW Ltd.
Shares in the cybersecurity services provider were up 9.6% at 455.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
Under the memorandum, Leonardo will use Crossword's Rizikon Assurance product in its cyber consultancy, to enhance its risk assessment and risk management practices for its customers.
In addition, both companies will collaborate on multiple workstreams, including an agreement to bid for significant contracts in multiple industries throughout 2020.
"Having Leonardo as a partner will allow us to respond to much larger opportunities for our products like Rizikon Assurance. This is a big step in our development as a business," said Jake Holloway, business development director.
