(Alliance News) - Crossword Cybersecurity PLC said it has signed new contracts with companies across a range of sectors.
The technology commercialisation company said its consulting division has signed cybersecurity-related agreements with companies in the legal, insurance and financial services sectors.
The names of the companies nor financial details were disclosed.
Crossword will work with a "leading" insurance company to improve its risk management structures and introduce ongoing technical testing.
The consulting team will also work with a "major" UK law firm to implement new technical controls and a more risk-focussed governance structure. The contract with the law firm comes following the completion of a project by Crossword to improve the firm's cybersecurity maturity and risk mitigation focus.
A risk management firm has also rolled out Crossword's vCISO product. The Virtual Chief Information Security Officer product provides clients with a virtual cybersecurity team and network protection.
"We are delighted that Crossword Cybersecurity's consulting division has made a strong start to the year and gained further traction in several sectors," said Crossword Managing Director Stuart Jubb.
The stock was untraded on Thursday morning in London, last quoted at 337.00 pence each.
